My name is Howy Hensen. I am the owner/head coach of Cream City CrossFit. I am also a professional firefighter for the city of Milwaukee. Being a professional firefighter puts me on the front lines of testing workout methodology; I simply have no time for fitness movements that don’t work. CrossFit works.
