The formal definition of CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movements done at high intensity, Combining these elements along with supportive communities living the lifestyle necessary to achieve their goals has helped people from all over the globe get in the best shape of their life. 

 

Our goal is to help you meet your goals. Whether you are looking to lose weight, get faster, stronger, improve cardiovascular health, or to learn how you can generally improve your mindset, mental health, and fitness, you've come to the right place. Our Milwaukee-based CrossFit community will help keep you engaged, accountable, and motivated to keep improving. 

 

At Cream City CrossFit Co-Op, our workouts are intended for people of all shapes, sizes, ages, and abilities — all movements are scalable. Our community is made up of regular people that simply want to move better and exercise. You do not need to be in shape to start. You just need to walk through the door and we will take care of the rest!

Scalable Workouts

We provide constantly varied programming geared to meet the needs of all athletes that can be scaled for masters and those with health issues. We can also work around and scale for injuries.

Workout & Nutrition
Tracking 
Apps

Each member gets a complimentary subscription to our workout tracking app to track daily workouts and their fitness progress. Nutrition clients get access to our habits-based nutrition coaching app.

Nutrition & Lifestyle
Coaching 

Each new member gets 3 weeks of habits-based nutrition/lifestyle coaching included with their membership. In addition, we routinely offer gym-wide challenges to help members stay motivated.

Each person that walks through our doors will find their experience in our gym to be positive and memorable.  We have a really awesome, friendly community,  We are a small gym so everyone knows your name.

Workouts
