Put Your Membership On Hold
Life happens. Health issues, travel, and unexpected schedule changes can all make it hard to keep up with your regular routine. If you need to pause your membership for a while, a hold lets you do that without canceling. If you're dealing with an injury, talk to your coach first, we can often adjust your workouts around it so you don't have to pause your membership at all.
How a hold works
Your hold starts on the future date you choose, not the date you request it. Billing dates aren't affected by a hold unless that billing date falls within your hold period, so if a payment is scheduled before your hold starts, it will still process as normal.
How long a hold lasts
Memberships can be placed on hold for a minimum of 30 days, up to 90 consecutive days. Please provide 7 days' notice before your hold begins.
Coming back off hold
Once your hold begins, your account is completely frozen, and no time is lost. Monthly memberships pick back up with whatever time remained on your last billed period, and prepaid memberships have their hold time added to the end of your term. Refunds aren't available for holds based on timing or notice.
